Bank Station Redevelopment

Through our association with McKenzie Martyn Partnership we were invited to provide engineering support to the Principle Design Consultant Tony Meadows Associates for a new ticket hall and entrance to London Underground’s Bank Station.  The work comprised a new contiguous bored pile box to house the new entrance off Walbrook, the new ticket hall, lifts and escalators to platform level and two new tunnelled connections to the Waterloo and City Line.

Rails and Tunnels Limited developed technical documentation to assure the client, London Underground, of the adequacy of the design to enable the project to proceed through the client’s project gates system.
